CAD design is an essential tool for creating an accurate fencing plan for your equine property. With CAD software, you can create a digital model of your property, allowing you to easily visualize the placement and layout of your fencing.

You can accurately reflect distances, angles, and terrain features, ensuring that your fencing plan is tailored to the unique requirements of your property.

Step 1: Initial Planning Stage

Step 2: Choose Your Fencing Type

Stock and Noble offers different types of plans for different types of fencing. During the discovery call, our consultant will help you choose the best fencing option for your needs.

Step 3: Supply a Fence Plan for Estimate

Once you have chosen your fencing type, you will need to provide a hand-drawn or mapped fence plan to Stock and Noble. This will allow us to provide you with an accurate estimate of your investment.

Step 4: Proposal and Site Visit

After receiving your fence plan, we will send you all the necessary information on your preferred fencing type. If you are willing and ready to proceed, we will schedule a site visit for projects over $50,000. We will then provide you with a proposal based on the information gathered during the site visit.

On some projects we charge a $500 site visit fee which is refunded when the project goes ahead.

Step 5: Detailed CAD Drawing

The final step is the creation of a detailed CAD drawing. This drawing will be used by the installers to ensure that your project is completed according to plan. Once the CAD drawing is complete, we will deliver the final products to your property for installation.
